Sarabeth Asaff is a freelance writer and artist with a passion for cooking and good food. Growing up in the kitchen of her Lebanese Grandmother's home and listening to the stories of where foods have come from and how they got to the versions they are today inspired her to a life time of tinkering in the kitchen of her own.

Asaff enjoys continuing her family's long history of creating wonderful cuisine that can be enjoyed by all ages. She enjoys cooking for her son and two step-kids to introduce old flavors to new taste buds.

Currently writing a cookbook to be published in the spring of 2011, Asaff can be found at her local farmer's market, or in the kitchen with a baby tied to her back as she studies second hand cookbooks for the changes others have made.
